Making crispy and chewy jam cookies




Ingredients
[material]
100g unsalted butter
50g sugar powder
10 g sugar
15g egg yolk
140 g soft flour
Almond Powder 40
Salt
A little strawberry jam in moderation

Cooking order

1.   Gently loosen the butter left at room temperature.



2.   Add 50g of sugar powder to the well-dissolved butter and mix.




3.   After mixing well, add the yolk and mix again.



4.   After gathering the soft flour and almond powder in one place, sift and add.


5.   Mix the dough into pieces.



6.   When the powder disappears to some extent, knead it with your hands to make the         dough into chunks.



7.   Divide each 20g and pan in a pan.
     (Place plastic on the scale to prevent the dough from sticking to it.)



8.   Press 1/3 of the hole in the middle of the dough with your hand.




9.   Fill the jam in the hole.


10.   Bake in the oven at 150•c for 20 minutes.
