Teriyaki Salmon Steak

 




Ingredients

[material]

1 pack of smoked salmon

A little bit

1 king oyster mushroom

1 onion

1 leek

2 garlic grains

3 egg potatoes

1 red pepper

[Teriyaki sauce]

1 tablespoon lemon juice

6-7 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tbsp sugar

3 tablespoons starch syrup

A little pepper


Cooking order

1.   First, add salt to boiling water



2.   Boil 3 egg potatoes. Boil it for 8~9 minutes.


3.   Soak radish in cold water



4.   Cut the mushrooms into squares




5.   Slice the onion in half ring shape and half dice



6.   Onion is divided into two



7.   Chop the garlic on the side


8.   Pepper is divided into four



9.   Salmon is marinated with pepper, salt (onion flavored seasoning herb salt), bay leaf         (not allowed), olive euro.


10.   I'm going to make teriyaki sauce. Put oil on the pan


11.  Bake garlic until brown



12.   Stir-fry onion, pepper and green onion until brown.




13.   6-7 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar



14.   3 tablespoons starch syrup,


15.   Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a little pepper and boil well. When it boils,            turn off the heat and cool it down.


16.   Boil well. When it boils, turn off the heat and cool it down.


17.   I’m going to make garnish because if I eat only steak, I put oil on the pan


18.   Add mushrooms and pepper


19.   Add salt and fry.


20.   Put the onion in a roasted pan and bake it well.


21.   Add oil to the onion-baked pan and bake the boiled potatoes.


22.   Clean the pan once, grease it, turn it on over high heat, and cook the salmon skin           first.


23.    Until the middle flesh is slightly cooked.


24.   Turn off the light and let the rest of the flesh do this by itself.


25.   Grilled mushrooms, onions and potatoes on a plate


26.   Put the salmon and heat the teriyaki sauce and pour the sauce


27.   Teriyaki salmon steak complete. It's more delicious if you eat it with sake, but it's             hard to find sake. What goes well together.
