Vegan Whole Wheat Cookies! It's super simple and delicious and it's non-refreshing

 



Ingredients

[material]

30 g canola oil

25 g sugar

25g soy milk

100 g whole wheat flour

1 pinch of salt

Dark chocolate (omitted) 40g


Cooking order

1.   Add sugar + salt to canola oil

     Mix well with a whisk


2.   Add soy milk and mix well.


3.   Sift the whole wheat flour and mix with a spatula


4.   Knead like a bunch.


5.   After pressing the dough by hand, cover it with a wrap and roll it out thinly with a           pusher.


6.   Cut it into stick shape with a scraper / It looks pretty even if you dip it with a cookie         cutter


7.   Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 155 degrees.

8.   Cut the baked sticks


9.   Finish with melted chocolate on the tip of the finished stick.





Tips-Caution

Use soy milk at room temperature.
