How to make barbecue pork ribs (making barbecue pork ribs)

 





Ingredients

[Main ingredients]

1 back rib

1 bay leaf

5 whole garlic

1/2 onion

1/2 apple (no pass)

Some green onions

Some whole pepper

1 handful of frozen fries

[seasoning]

Chopped Onion 2Ts

Chopped Celery 2Ts

Barbecue Sauce 100ml

Worcester Sauce 1Ts

Tomato Ketchup 3Ts

Oligosaccharide 1Ts

2Ts sugar

Soy Sauce 3Ts

Hot Sauce 2Ts

1.5Ts ground garlic

Soju 1Ts

1/2ts ginger juice

Lemon Juice 1Ts


Cooking order

1.   For back ribs, remove the blood from cold water for about an hour.

     Don't forget to price in the middle.


2.   For back ribs without blood, add back ribs to the extent that the water is soaked, add      1 bay leaf, 5 whole garlic, half an onion, half an apple (no pass), a little green onion,        and a little tongfu and boil for about 3 to 40 minutes.


3.   Meanwhile, minced onion 2Ts, chopped celery 2Ts (no pass), barbecue sauce 100ml,         Worcester sauce 1Ts, tomato ketchup 3Ts, oligosaccharide 1Ts, sugar 2Ts, soy sauce         3Ts, hot sauce 2Ts, ground garlic 1.5Ts, soju 1Ts, ginger juice 1/2ts Mix 1Ts of lemon         juice and make a sauce


4.   Brush the boiled back ribs evenly back and forth.



5.   Put the ribs in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and add the medium medium             sauce.

     Oven



6.   Apply one more time at the end and add parsley

     Fry the french fries and serve with them, and it's done.


7.   It's a very delicious barbecue pork rib with ketchup.




Tips-Caution

Ingredients that can be omitted in the middle will give a deeper taste if they are present.
