Ingredients
[Required Materials]
Tteokbokki rice cake 2 cups
3 cups tomato sauce
4 tablespoons of corn cans
3 slices of ham
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
2 mushrooms
1/2 onion
1+1/2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of black olive
A little parsley
A little cooking oil
Cooking order
1. Blanch the tteokbokki rice cake in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
2. Chop the onion, and cut green peppers, sliced ham, and mushrooms into size that is easy to eat.
3. Put oil in a heated pan and fry the onion. When the onion becomes transparent, fry the ham and corn corn.
Dry the corn corn
4. Add tomato sauce, sugar and tteokbokki rice cake and fry together.
5. Put mozzarella cheese> bell pepper, mushroom> olive> parsley powder in order, cover and melt the cheese.
