Ingredients

190 g butter
283 g sugar
180 g eggs
350 g soft flour
125 g cocoa powder
3g baking powder
3 g salt
200g chocolate chips
Cooking order
1. Sift soft flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder 3 times to prepare.
2. Add sugar and salt to butter and whip it for 1-2 minutes at low or medium speed to make cream.
3. Add eggs and whip for 2-3 minutes at medium speed.
4. Add the sifted powder and mix.
5. When no raw powder is visible, add the chocolate chips and mix.
6. Put the dough on paper foil, make a cylinder of the size you want, wrap it in paper foil, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Peel off the paper foil, cut it into 1cm thick, and pan it in an oven pan covered with silicone paper.
8. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.

[Before making]
-Take out the butter at room temperature beforehand and prepare it completely soft.
-Prepare eggs at room temperature in advance so that they are not cold.
-Measure the wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and sift it twice or more in advance.
-Salt can be mixed with eggs or weighed with butter.
