Cooking order
1. Ingredients: Back ribs 1.5kg,

1/2 cup tomato ketchup,

1/3 cup sake,
1/2 cup of water,
1/3 cup of wine,

2. Soak back ribs in cold water for about 1 hour to remove blood.
3. In a large pot, boil the ribs, 1 green onion, bay leaf, 5 whole garlic, and pepper.
I boiled it for about 40 minutes.
4. While the back ribs are being boiled, cut half an onion and 2 green peppers to prepare.

6. When you have just finished the sauce, melt the butter in a large court frying pan.
7. When the butter melts, add the prepared sauce.

10. Cut boiled back ribs and add to the sauce and boil for another 3 minutes
If you don't have an oven at home, you can boil the sauce for about 10 minutes.
11. Put on the baking foil and the ribs
In a preheated oven, do it at 150 degrees and cook for 5 minutes.
