Back Ribs Pork Ribs Back Ribs Barbecue Sauce


 

Ingredients

[material]

1.5kg back ribs

Appropriate amount of bay leaves

5 whole garlics

1 leek

A little black pepper

Some butter

[seasoning]

1 cup pork cutlet sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup sake

1/3 cup wine

1/4 cup per dish

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 cheongyang peppers

Lemon juice 3T

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Strawberry Jam 5T


Cooking order

1.   Ingredients: Back ribs 1.5kg,

Laurel Leaf,

5 whole garlic,

1 leek,

pepper,

butter

sauce:

1 cup pork cutlet sauce,

1/2 cup tomato ketchup,

1/3 cup of soy sauce,

1/3 cup sake,

1/2 cup of water,

1/3 cup of wine,

1/4 cup per dish,

Half Chopped Onion,

2 cheongyang peppers

3 tablespoons of lemon juice,

Half a tablespoon of black pepper,

5 spoons of strawberry jam

(All eggs are paper cups and rice spoons)




2.   Soak back ribs in cold water for about 1 hour to remove blood.



3.   In a large pot, boil the ribs, 1 green onion, bay leaf, 5 whole garlic, and pepper.

     I boiled it for about 40 minutes.



4.   While the back ribs are being boiled, cut half an onion and 2 green peppers to               prepare.


5.   1 cup of pork cutlet sauce, 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 1/3 cup       of sake, 1/2 cup of water, 1/3 cup of wine, 1/4 cup per dish, 3 spoons of lemon juice,       black pepper rub Spoon, 5 spoons of strawberry jam

     I didn't have wine here, so I used bokbunja wine sold at the mart.)


6.   When you have just finished the sauce, melt the butter in a large court frying pan.



7.   When the butter melts, add the prepared sauce.




8.   Add the chopped onion and cheongyang pepper and boil a little.




9.   Boil until the sauce is reduced to about 2/3.



10.   Cut boiled back ribs and add to the sauce and boil for another 3 minutes

       If you don't have an oven at home, you can boil the sauce for about 10 minutes.




11.   Put on the baking foil and the ribs

      In a preheated oven, do it at 150 degrees and cook for 5 minutes.

      It's almost cooked, so check it out while looking at the oven.
